Thanks to a generous donation from the Arnolfo di Cambio Association, chaired by Fabio Cantini, the rehabilitation gym at Campostaggia Hospital has a new device, the Angel's Wings, a jewel of a biomedical nature.
Angel's Wings is a device capable of providing benefits for shoulder posture, back and general mobility. Useful for people struggling with muscular disorders of the trunk and scapular girdle. One of the biomedical engineers who designed the instrument, Enrico Matteo Messa said, “It's a machine that has been tested on top athletes, such as Gregorio Paltrinieri. Then we adapted it and validated it clinically for those with Parkinson's disease”.

The crowded unveiling ceremony was held in the rehabilitation gymnasium spaces of the Campostaggia Hospital Pavilion. “Angel's Wings” is a device capable of providing benefits for shoulder posture, back and general mobility. Useful for people struggling with muscle disorders of the trunk and scapular girdle.
